Breaking news...
I didn’t fail my January exams!
I averaged about 80%, the average was less than 60%
=] Panic over.
Also….
I won my archery competition yesterday =] And overall the team won aswell!
It was such a fun day, a trip to spoons and an all you can eat chinese place (with hoisin duck pancakes!) made it awesome. I love the whole team atmosphere as well, even if it is a bit blokey…...

Hello again...
Been a while since i’ve been on here… lots of things have been occuring…
Apart from the test (which went pretty well i think) i’m really enjoying being back at warwick. This term is alot busier than last term, but i’m even finding time to have a lot more fun! I think i’ve got the hang of this place now =]

Gemma who lives across the hall from me (and who i will be living with next year) has the biggest Little Mermaid obsession i’ve ever seen. Several times a day she plays ‘Under the Sea’ or ‘Kiss the Girl’ and it always puts smiles on our faces!
Today I....
went to the gym for the first time in my life!
It was fun as well :)
Me and 3 of my housemates for next year (omg i’m going to have housemates!) all went together and it wasn’t anywhere near as embarressing as i thought it would be.
And now i feel all happy and de-stressed :)
And Ben & Jerrys ice cream is on offer in Tescos so i treated myself :)
Maybe that defeats the point...
only in warwick!...
Today my lecturer drank 5 shots and a big swig from a bottle of vodka whilst teaching…
i guess he is Russian…
And i ran into my tutor who was clearly drunk and wearing a gold crown…
uni is hillarious!

But perhaps a little slow….
4 hours sleep last night...
Got up for my 9am lecture… trecked through the mud to the maths building… it was cancelled.
My head HURTS.
I’m going to bed at about 9pm tonight i think….
On the plus side… I GOT THE MASSIVE ATTIC ROOM in my house for next year….
I could have the whole group to stay at once….
We’re already planning the house warming party for sometime in...
Today....
Good thing: I made it to almost an entire day of lectures!
Bad thing: I didn’t realise choosing who to live with next year would create so much awkwardness/bitching/tension =/
But i can’t help but be excited about going house viewing on wednesday!!!!!! =D

Currently....
Whenever i lay down in a quiet room to sleep, the combination of headache and earache makes it feel like there is a little mouse nestled in my brain… a mouse that owns a miniture organ and likes to bash the keys repeatedly, filling my head with noise. This results in either keeping me awake or giving me very weird dreams.
Uni
Just realised how long its been since i posted anything (not including my illness rant)
I guess thats a good thing… i must be too busy doing fun things to have time to write about them….
But maybe its because Warwick is really hard work. I have a test every week and the work is non-stop. I think i must be quite stressed about it else i wouldn’t be so ill all the time…...
Flu....
is horrible.
I ache EVERYWHERE. My throat is raw. I’m coughing up a whole traffic light of colours. I have a headache. And an earache that makes me REALLY dizzy and has caused me too lose most of my hearing. I’ve missed an entire WEEK of lectures. Tamiflu seems to do nothing but make me VERY nauseous.
however… i still got 22/25 on my test today =]
Fuck you Flu.

This weekend was PERFECT. He even stayed an extra night and came to my lectures with me today.

Warwick is fun but it’s not my home.

First Week.
Was rather fun =)
Sooo much happenned, including numerous kitchen fails and almost late fails… but then thats exactly what i expected from myself tbh!
So sunday night we found the student union pub, called the dirty duck, and i also saw the first guy to get paraletic and be carried off by the paramedics =/
Monday was induction sessions, which i just about made, and saw Wilson! He refused...

It’s awesome.
Its a beautuful sunny day in WARWICK. I’ve managed to unpack 2/6 big boxes and i managed to connect to the internet =)
Yesterday was soooo much fun, met some nice guys in the kitchen over dinner and then 8 of the girls from my block got together and went out to the welcome party. The new SU is really nice, the music wasn’t too awful, got back at 2am and my feet...

So Jon just left for work… i’ve been crying for the last hour straight pretty much.
I thought this was meant to be the best time of my life… doesn’t feel that great so far.
2 weeks isn’t that long tho really… i need to man up.

MATHS WIN =)
I thought it was only the group that ‘won’ subjects and other collegy things….
but according to the warwick study guide booklet:

My 83 year old Grandmother moved into her new nursing home last thursday.
Yesturday she single-handedly took down 3 members of staff.
Today she hid in the garden behind a bush so successfully that they thought they had lost her for several hours.
I think I have to face facts here…

So i just got my accomodation email through from Warwick and….
THEY WANT ME TO SHARE.
Me? really?
Apparently this happens every year, they accept too many people and so make some people double up in a single room untill enough people drop out so that we can have our own rooms =/
Now i can probably deal with the sharing, they’re putting us in the biggest rooms on campus (5m x 3m)...

Sleeping Fail.
So i’m spending my second night on my sofa because my grandma is visiting. Last night i got very little sleep and so today after we went shopping for my uni kitchen stuff i had to take a nap lol. I was out of it from 1-5pm and am rather annoyed that i missed the main part of the day. Especially annoyed because now its 1 in the morning and i can’t sleep and all i can seem to think of...

I feel slightly mean...
Whilst in Reading yesturday (shopping for uni stuff! =] ) Jon and i stopped for lunch in the Pizza hut by the riverside, it was quite nice actually, reminded us of our awkward first date =].
So the bill came to £21.46 exactly, i looked in my purse and thought….
i could give them £22….
or £21.50…..
no actually i have the correct change…. so i gave them £21.46 exactly.
